At Qlife Bike, we want you to ride with total confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unassembled condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the bicycle or accessory in its original box, ensuring all components are protected and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger bike frames.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
