What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step assembly guide in every box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in like-new condition.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Qlife bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame and a 1-year warranty on essential components including the motor, battery, and controller.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Affirm to help you pay over time.
How do I maintain my bike's battery health?
To maximize battery life, we recommend charging it when it reaches 20-30% and storing it in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving the battery at 0% for extended periods.
